Holy rocket ship!  Ahh, the wonderment that is the late 1960s Japanese guitars. We just can’t get enough.  This is just one of the coolest and most bizarre of all the Japanese guitars from the late 1960s, the Kingston Flying Wedge.  At this time in Japanese guitar history, Kawai had purchased Tiesco which lead to one of the coolest times for electric guitars.

Eastwood has partnered up with their good friend and author of History of Japanese Electric Guitars, Frank Meyers. Together we will be "picking through the heard" for some cool new projects to share with you. They will be branded FMR Guitars.

This new model will have a 24 3/4" scale, available with STD stop tail or DLX tremolo. Bolt-on maple neck, zero fret, master volume and tone controls with individual pickup selector switches. For those of you in the know, Dan Auerbach has been playing out with one of these in his new project, The Arcs. Here is a video of the original!

Final price will be $649 for the STD model and $699 for the DLX model. All pre-funded guitars will include a custom fit gigbag.
