Eastwood Bulldog

One of our favorite VOX models from the mid/late 1960's was the VOX Bulldog. It's like someone merged a Mosrite with a Stratotcaster then built it in Italy at the EKO factory. Made for a short period from 1966-1968, the Bulldog was one of the tops of the line for VOX guitars at the time. It's very hard to find an original these days, so it's time for the Eastwood Way Back Machine to throw it out there for you! Here is what we are planning:

  • Body Wood: Basswood

  • Neck Wood: Bolt on Maple with Blackwood Fingerboard, 12" Radius

  • Number of Frets: 22, Scale Length: 24 3/4", Nut Width: 1 5/8", Zero Fret

  • Pickups: Three Vintage Style Single Coil with Metal Mounting Brackets

  • Bridge: Vintage Style Tremolo, Roller Bridge

  • Electronics: 3 Way Switch, Master Volume, and Dual Tone Controls

  • Hardware: Gotoh Nickel/Chrome

A small $150 deposit will secure your Eastwood Bulldog for December delivery. Final Price $599 (less your $150 deposit) will include a custom gigbag.
